4. Subscription & Credits

• Subscription credits may reset periodically (e.g., monthly).
• Additional credits may be purchased separately.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or infringing content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Abuse APIs or attempt to bypass usage limits

6. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated using Pengu is created by AI and may not be unique.
• You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring content compliance.
• Pengu does not guarantee copyright eligibility of generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you create.
• You grant Pengu a limited license to process and display your content to provide the Service.
• Pengu retains ownership of all platform technology and branding.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Pengu may integrate with third-party services (e.g., print providers, e-commerce platforms).

• You are responsible for complying with their terms.
• Pengu is not liable for third-party services.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
• You may stop using the Service at any time.
