Pengu Studio provides an AI workflow for print-on-demand teams. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site, join the waitlist, or contact us — and what we do with it.
1. Information we collect
We only collect what you give us and what we need to run the service:
- Waitlist and contact details — name, email, company, team size, monthly output, and what you want to streamline.
- Newsletter email — the address you submit to subscribe to product updates.
- Usage data — pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, and device type, collected through analytics.
2. How we use it
To prioritise onboarding slots, reply to your enquiry, send product updates you asked for, and understand which parts of the workflow people need most. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Your designs and prompts
Briefs, prompts, style references, generated artwork, and listing packs belong to you. We process them to run the pipeline you asked for. We do not use your designs to train public models, and we do not share them with other customers.
5. Retention
Waitlist and contact records are kept while your enquiry is open and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and credentials are never stored in source code. No system is perfect — if you find a vulnerability, please report it to us directly.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects you, notify waitlist subscribers by email.
